Lamb Chops - Rib or Loin
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil or more
1 teaspoon sea salt
pepper to taste
parsley, dried or fresh (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients in a container with a lid and mix
2. Add lamb to mixed ingredients
3. Let marinate for at least an hour or overnight if preferred
4. When ready to cook, let lamb get room temperature in container (about an hour or so)
5. Over medium high heat, add oil from container if enough. If not, add enough olive oil to coat the pan.
6. Once oil is heated, add lamb and cook 3-4 minutes each side.
7. Serve and enjoy!
